A striking new addition to downtown New Haven, this 60,000 sq. ft. structure is the first new office building to be built in this city in over a decade. Joining its sister building and the intermediate parking garage, One Audobon completes the trilogy of buildings that are known collectively as Granite Square. |

| The design features the use of polished red granite and curtain walls of black glass. The inclusion of the most progressive communication systems and security features make this space the baseline for defining Class A office space in New Haven. | ||
