Amongst the amazing array of Magnet High Schools being implemented by the New Haven Board of Education is the Cooperative Arts and Humanities High School. |

Presently housed at the former Saint Mary’s High School on Orange Street, the program has outgrown and outlived this make shift space. With the enthusiastic growth of the student body as an inspiration, Mayor DeStefano is committed to relocating the future of the arts community to a more appropriate environment. Students and administrators from the Co-op High School will soon enjoy a larger facility constructed specifically around the school’s curriculum and centrally located in the heart of downtown New Haven. |

| The Giordano team has been chosen as Construction Managers for this exceptional building, to be designed by Cesar Pelli & Associates. Through the application of its skill in value engineering, constructability reviews, and through scoping of trade interests, this team will help to insure the delivery of yet another of New Haven's proud buildings. When completed, it is sure to be an impressive resource for the creative youth of the city. | ||
