It is common to see a pyramid of shopping opportunity built up around the success of one major outlet. The phenomenal success of the Price Club Plaza (now Sam’s Club) was no exception to this rule. Accordingly, it brought considerable attention to the potential that neighboring properties could provide. |

Directly across the street from the Price Club Plaza was a fifteen-acre site that would offer an attraction too good to be refused. Now the location of Crossroads Plaza, housing the Sports Authority, Office Depot, and several other retail outlets, this facility enjoys great success both because of its own magnetic draw and because of the spillover of shoppers it gets from being the neighbor of a major shopping destination. |
