John Daniels School • New Haven, CT

The administration and students of the amalgamated Prince Street and Welch Annex schools had long struggled to manage education in severely deficient facilities. To remedy this dilemma, Giordano provided construction management services to The New Haven Board of Education at the Columbus Avenue site of the John Daniels Elementary School.  This entirely new building accommodates the educational needs of the school's present and anticipated student population for decades to come.
