| Built in the hillside of Campbell Avenue in West Haven this concrete framed brick masonry enwrapped building stands as the campus pylon. | ||
| Awarded the project on a handshake, Giordano was charged to work cooperatively with the architect to bring this building's design into being within the dollars available. A vigorous value engineering initiative was undertaken, and through the collaborative efforts of the design team and Giordano's staff, the goal was achieved. | ||
| Compromise of form and function was not on the table. Program needs were paramount. The point of attack was directed through the efficiency of the building's space and the functional systems. These were the targets of opportunity that ultimately carried the day. | ||
